Greetings from the Wine Cellar:

This past week in Old Town Yuma was super exciting and a lot of fun with all the activities going on, including the Open House at the Old Town Wine Cellar. I was overwhelmed by all the people that came in to celebrate our New Era and offer their congratulations to both Mike and I on the new chapters we are beginning. I want to extend a sincere thank you to a few local businesses that providing support to make the Open house a roaring success; The Pint House Bar & Grill, Prison Hill Brewing Co, Cocopah Casino & Resort, Lute’s Casino, and Eduardo’s each provided a food platter enjoyed by all that made it while they lasted. A special thank you goes out to several people that also helped setup and operate during the event. Amanda Toczko, Greg Myers, Michelle Maloney, Bill Vannoy, Kellie
LaRose, and Trina Cesnik. You all helped make this event a huge success and I can’t thank you enough. Last, but far from least…Mike Shelhamer, I am honored that you have entrusted your legacy to me to carry forward and I am so appreciative of all the assistance and knowledge you are sharing with me…couldn’t do it without you.

We will be open on St. Patrick’s Day on Friday, March 17 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, while we won’t have green beer, we do have some great wine and beer selections to choose from so be sure to stop by and see us.
