Greetings from the Wine Cellar:
I want to alert everyone about a temporary change in our business hours here at the Old Town Wine Cellar which will be in effect this week as well as the following week: Tuesday May 16th – Friday May 20th and Tuesday May 23rd – Friday May 27th. During these two weeks only, the Wine Cellar will be open from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, instead of our regular 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM schedule. The Wine Cellar will still keep our normal Saturday open hours of 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM both weeks. Effective Tuesday, May 30th we’ll get back to our normal weekday business hours. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience to our valued customers, but the most important thing is our daily wine tastings will continue uninterrupted!

King Estate 2015 Pinot Gris (Willamette Valley) $19.99
This is a vibrant and delicious Pinot Gris with a fine mineral edge. A fragrant nose of Bosc pears, ripe peaches and orange blossoms reminiscent of a fragrant citrus grove leads into a flavorful palate of lush white peach and citrus zest. The wine is juicy, rich and elegant, with crisp acidity.
Landmark Overlook 2014 Pinot Noir (California) $22.99
Landmark’s Overlook combines premium fruit sourced from cooler growing sites in Sonoma, Monterey and San Benito Counties to beautiful effect. With vibrant fruit, velvety tannins and a hint of spice from French oak aging, it’s an elegant and supple California Pinot Noir.
il Molino de Grace 2010 il Volano (Tuscany, Italy) $12.99
A Tuscan blend of 75% Sangiovese and 25% Merlot, this has a perfect mix of ripe red fruits and rustic Italian character. Dark cherry and red raspberry fruit is enlivened by elements of licorice and spice on a balanced tannic frame, supported with food-friendly acidity.
Skyfall Vineyard 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon (Columbia Valley) $15.99
The Skyfall Vineyard’s Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied and elegant, with scents of black currants and dark cherries accented by hints of dark chocolate and vanilla. Alluring flavors of blackberries and blueberries create a lush mid-palate, ending with a rich, savory finish.
Oberon 2014 Merlot (Napa Valley) $19.99
This Napa Merlot offers aromas of exotic spice, ripe plums and toasty vanillin oak, followed by a supple palate packed with flavors of dark plums and black cherries and overtones of dark chocolate. A long, satisfying finish completes the package.
Austin Hope Cellars 2014 Treana (Paso Robles) $31.99
Treana shows a deep ruby hue and displays up-front aromas of ripe dark fruits and spice. Rich, expansive flavors of dark cherry and plum are accented by an exotic mix of mocha, tobacco and toasty oak accents. Depth and power come from 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 25% Syrah lends an inviting silky softness.
NEW WINE & BEER ARRIVALS:
A to Z Wineworks 2011 Oregon Pinot Noir $17.99
A deep garnet color in the glass, this has aromas of flowers and strawberries. The flavor profile offers cherries, strawberries and spices plus a pleasant hint of cedar. Smooth, well-balanced tannins carry this to a silky, long and satisfying finish.
Napa Cellars 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley) $22.99
Napa Cellars Cabernet showcases elegant and concentrated aromas of ripe blackberry, dark cherry and cassis with blueberry notes. A lush core of ripe black fruits Is edged with notes of dark chocolate and tobacco, along with accents of toffee and mocha that linger on the finish. A full-bodied palate combines balanced acidity and well-integrated tannins.
Frisk Prickly 2016 Riesling (Victoria, Australia) $11.99

Toscolo 2013 Chianti (Tuscany, Italy) $10.99
Toscolo Chianti is 100% Sangiovese, the backbone of Tuscan reds. It has a classic spicy, dry Italian character that makes a wonderful match with a wide range of Italian cuisine, and a fine partner for anything from burgers to tacos as well.
