Greetings from the Wine Cellar:
This Sunday, June 18th is Father’s Day, so I’m going to make my annual pitch that a nice bottle of wine or two would make a great (and easy) gift for your Dad. A fine bottle of wine, whether it’s a nice Napa Cabernet, a premium Tuscan red from Italy, a good bottle of Port – will be something he’s bound to appreciate and enjoy. Or a Wine Cellar Gift Certificate makes a great gift – let him pick out whatever strikes his fancy. And if you’re lucky you might get invited over for a glass!
Also, Saturday June 17th the Old Town Wine Cellar will present one of our regular Saturday Afternoon Beer Tastings. As always, we’ll start at noon and go until 6 PM, with a diverse selection of American craft beers and interesting imports to sample for a $5 tasting fee. It’s the best deal in town, and a great way to spend part of a summer afternoon in Yuma. We hope to see you Saturday!
