Notorious Wines Notorious Pink Rosé 2022 (Vin de France, France) $18.99/Bottle

Blush pink in color, Notorious Pink is 100% Grenache and inviting with a pleasant under-ripe strawberry, mango, and citrus zest scent with a crisp and refreshing mineral character. This is not as dry as most French rosé wines and can be enjoyed with seafood, vegetables, pastas, and poultry dishes, but easily stands on its own. Perfect for every day in every season

Talmard Macon-Chardonnay 2022 (Burgundy, France) $20.99/Bottle

The terroir of the commune of Chardonnay is slightly different from those of the commune of Uchizy in the clay-limestone proportion. The result presents minerals on the palate with a pleasing freshness. This wine is one of the very finest examples of the fresh, appealing style of Chardonnay grown in rolling limestone hills of the Mâconnais.

Chateau Saint-Sulpice Entre-Deux-Mers 2020 (Bordeaux, France) $16.99/Bottle

This exceptional wine is a beautiful ruby red color, the nose and palate are dominated by notes of ripe black fruits, plums, toast, and spices, followed by a rich, smooth and soft finish. Traditional Bordeaux vinification in temperature controlled stainless steel vats, followed by aging in barriques, French barrels, for 12 months before bottling. This approach emphasizes the natural red fruit character of the wine. Made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec.

Paul Buisse Chinon 2020 (Loire River Valley, France) $17.99/Bottle

This Chinon is 100% Cabernet Franc and is an elegant wine with finesse. Ruby in color, it has a nose of black plum, blackberry, black cherry, dried violet blossom, and forest floor. The wine is complex, floral, and medium bodied in a style that pairs well with white meat and heavier vegetable dishes.

E. Guigal Côtes-du-Rhône Rouge (Rhone, France) $19.99/Bottle

Deep and dark red. Intensely aromatic on the nose, with black fruits and spices. The palate is full, round and sexy. Round and smooth tannins present through the full bodied, ample wine. Overall, a complete wine, with a long finish, with elegance and finesse accompanying the abundance of fruit and well-balanced tannins.

This Châteauneuf Du Pape is dark red in color with a nose of spices and mature red fruit. The palate shows round tannins with powerful complexity, notes of mature plums, hazelnuts and red fruit. A very rich wine full of harmony and balance. Blend: 70% Grenache, 15% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah, 5% Other Varieties.

Dana Estates Onda Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 (Napa Valley, California) $310.99/Bottle

The 2019 Onda Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of blackberries, baking spice, and plum tart. Intermingled with the fruit are notes of coffee and a hint of graphite. Rich fruit with dense flavors of black cherries, plums, and currants layer with graphite and a briny minerality. The velvety mid-palate transitions to flavors of black truffle, brioche, and blackberry on the finish. The predominantly hillside provenance of the grapes lends a broad mouth coating tannin backbone.

Montes Purple Angel Carmenère 2020 (Colchagua Valley, Chile) $129.99/Bottle

Deep purplish red in color. Elegant on the nose, with aromas of ripe red and black berries over a background of sweet spices, dark chocolate, and mocha notes. Well-structured on the palate, with smooth and full tannins. Acidity from the Petit Verdot lends juiciness and enables exceptional aging potential. The remarkable finish is elegant and intensely complex.
Highly recommended with red meats, lamb chops with rosemary, pork ribs, and cannelloni.

Beaulieu Vineyard 2019 Georges de Latour Private Reserve (Napa Valley, California) $155.99/Bottle

Wow! The aromas are exceptional, with a tangerine edge to the blackcurrants, graphite, lead pencil, flowers, and wet earth. It changes all the time. Full-bodied with great intensity and depth of fruit. The ultra-fine tannins display millions of layers. The texture on the palate is superb and lasts for minutes. This is the new 1974 George de Latour, which was a legend. ($32 per glass)

Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 (Alexander Valley, California) $104.99/Bottle

The 2019 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of red cherry, raspberry, blackberry, iris, vanilla, and clove. Ruby in color, this elegant wine has great acidity and lift on the mid-palate. Black currant and warm baking spices linger with a deep and fruity finish. It will provide drinking pleasure through 2047 given proper cellaring. Blend: 95.2% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2.5% Cabernet Franc, 1.9% Merlot, 0.4% Petit Verdot. ($25 per glass)

JUSTIN 2019 Isosceles (Paso Robles, California) $89.99/Bottle

Isosceles presents with aromatic notes of ripe blackberry, juicy black plum, and cassis with dried violet, leather, vanilla bean, fresh herbs, camphor, and toasted oak. Full-bodied with baked black cherry pie, fresh mission fig, and black currant on the entry. The midpalate of new leather, fresh wild sage, porcini mushroom, dried black olive, and cedar is carried by balanced freshness and abundant velvety tannins that lead to a long, complex finish of sustained fresh berries, camphor, oak, toasted cinnamon stick, star anise, and dried flowers. DAOU Reserve 2020 Seventeen Forty (Paso Robles, California) $78.99/Bottle

This is a Cabernet Franc driven wine with a harmonious complement of Merlot. Beguiling aromas of blackberry cobbler, raspberry, crème de cassis and cherry pipe tobacco anticipate hints of toasty oak, black licorice, and pencil shaving. Lush and full bodied, this wine bestows rich flavors of cherry, black plum, dark chocolate, and blueberry compote with lovely accents of Zante currant, graphite, and cinnamon. Solid structure and fine-grained tannins support a lengthy, focused finish, leaving notes of plum and boysenberry underscored by cocoa and black truffle.

Chandon Garden Spritz (Mendoza, Argentina) $28.99/Bottle

Toasted brioche can be discerned beneath the herbal aromas of this quaff, a blend of Chandon sparkling wine and bitter liqueur made from Argentine-grown Valencia oranges. Tiny bubbles tickle the tongue while notes of blood orange and pomegranate flood the palate, generating just enough acidity to create a mouthwatering effect that’ll have you taking a second sip before setting down your glass. Garden Spritz pairs beautifully with spicy Asian food, sushi and sashimi, old cheddar, dried exotic fruits and nuts.
