Villa Wolf Pfalz Gewurztraminer 2019 (Pfalz, Germany) $16.99/Bottle
Villa Wolf Gewürztraminer is clean, fruity, and wonderfully light on its feet. It shows off the aromatic charm of the variety without becoming heavy or ponderous. Harvested at optimal ripeness, the wine has a deliciously juicy texture and a delightfully delicate aroma of spice and fresh roses. It is very refreshing to drink on its own and makes a perfect accompaniment to spicy cuisines and pungent cheeses, such as Munster, a classic pairing.

Bewitched 2022 Pinot Noir (Sonoma, California) $22.99/Bottle
Burnt sienna color. Aromas and flavors of red and black cherry, ripe strawberry, dr. pepper, and cocoa nibs with a velvety, dry medium body and a tingling, captivating, medium-length finish that presents notes of strawberry blackberry fruit leather, espresso bean, cherry, and dolmas with a suggestion of oak flavor. This delicious, savory California Zin opens with scents of blackberries and raspberries, accented by notes of molasses and clove. The rich fruit is enhanced by unmistakable Bourbon whiskey flavors of charred vanilla and caramel, imparted by Bourbon Barrel Aging in barrels previously used by fine Bourbon distillers.

12 Knights Opulent Red Blend 2021 (Lisboa, Portugal) $15.99/Bottle
Intense Ruby color. Complex and Opulent in the nose, with fruity (ripe red Fruits) And Spicy Aromas. Elegant, with a velvety texture and very well balanced, this is a round bodied wine with smooth tannins, a long and pleasant finish.

Provenance Deadeye Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 (Paso Robles, California) $23.99/Bottle
Deadeye Cabernet Sauvignon is big and bold with a rich texture and firm backbone. The nose opens with tempting aromas of currant, black licorice and hints of coffee. On the palette, the opulent, sweet-fruit flavors are balanced with subtle notes of anise, peppercorns and a touch of tobacco to add warmth and dimension. A plush mid-palate finish with textured minerality and bright acidity, making this a great accompaniment to a rich, savory meal.

On the palate, it is a tasty wine with a soft spell and a superb freshness, along with the elegance and power so characteristic of Puente Alto. Ink Grade 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley, California) $104.99/Bottle
The Ink Grade Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of fresh cassis, pomegranate, and cocoa with elements of thyme, mint, candied orange peels, nutmeg, cloves, and paprika. The palate is linear throughout with a consistent mid-palate of bright and lifted acidity and well-integrated raw mountain tannins that close in a persistent finish.

Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 (Alexander Valley, California) $104.99/Bottle
The 2019 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of red cherry, raspberry, blackberry, iris, vanilla, and clove. Ruby in color, this elegant wine has great acidity and lift on the mid-palate. Black currant and warm baking spices linger with a deep and fruity finish. It will provide drinking pleasure through 2047 given proper cellaring.

Aromatic notes of ripe blackberry, juicy black plum, and cassis with dried violet, leather, vanilla bean, fresh herbs, camphor, and toasted oak. Full-bodied with baked black cherry pie, fresh mission fig, and black currant on the entry. The midpalate of new leather, fresh wild sage, porcini mushroom, dried black olive, and cedar is carried by balanced freshness and abundant velvety tannins that lead to a long, complex finish of sustained fresh berries, camphor, oak, toasted cinnamon stick, star anise, and dried flowers.

Robert Craig Affinity Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 (Napa Valley, California) $72.99/Bottle
This Howell Mountain wine is big with brawny structure to boot. Dark, explosive cassis fruit, lead pencil, spice box, and fresh tobacco play on the palate and in the aroma. The wine is smooth, broad mouthfeel despite its age worthiness. Careful fermentation and farming for resolved tannins allow this wine to be enjoyed while young, but the cellar will reveal its true nature in a few years.

A glistening ruby color in the glass, this wine opens with a bouquet of dark fruit accented by floral, earthen and spice notes. On the entrance, taste deep raspberry, black currant jam, black plum, thimble berry, black tea, orange zest, lavender, chamomile, cedar, cigar box and toast. This thoroughly approachable wine with a robust palate is chock full of flavors and depth. Floral and fruit flavors compliment the oak component, allowing the wine to evolve during each sip. Ghost Pines Winemaker’s Blend Merlot 2020 (California) $22.99

In addition to these flavors, you’ll taste hints of cigar paper, cocoa, caramel and nutmeg wrapped around a remarkably smooth mid-palate full of velvety texture and depth. On the long finish, you’ll find suggestions of toasty oak, mouth-filling black fruit, and cola framed by plush tannins.
Finca Los Principes Gran Reserva Tempranillo 2016 (Rioja) $21.99
Purple-plum, crumbled sage-leaf and black-olive-paste aromas emanate from the glass. This violet-red-colored wine features blackberry, black-currant, dried Mediterranean herb, milk-chocolate and violet flavors wrapped in a sheath of sumptuous tannins. Notes of butterscotch and orange-zest linger on the taste buds.
