CORAVIN® BY THE GLASS OPTIONS
Orin Swift 2021 Mercury Head Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley, California) $175.99/Bottle
An almost-black, opaque garnet core sits in the glass with slow-moving tears falling down the sides. Immediate aromatic notes of ripe cassis, charred ribeye, sandalwood and freshly cut oak pilfer. The first sip is a complex, layered conundrum of blackberry, black plum, fennel, licorice and dark chocolate. More sips peel back the layers to reveal a rich and balanced wine with a deep cassis core. A sweet linger on the finish closes the wine with softly textured chalky tannins.
($35 per glass)
Chimney Rock Cabernet Sauvignon Stags Leap District 2019 (Napa Valley, California) $115.99/Bottle
Pumps out tasty dark plum and blackberry compote flavors, with a good coating of black licorice and a subtle thread of singed alder. Sneaky long finish.
($25 per glass)
Nickel & Nickel 2019 Hayne Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley, California) $115.99/Bottle
Ripe, soft-edged and generous in style, with a kiss of vanilla guiding plum compote and blackberry preserve flavors along, while an echo of light savory keeps the fruit honest through the finish. Accessible now thanks to the polished feel, but the fruit will last a while in the cellar.

Inspired by the classics of Saint-Émilion, DAOU Reserve Seventeen Forty is a Cabernet Franc driven wine with a harmonious complement of Merlot. Lush and full bodied, this wine has rich flavors of cherry, black plum, dark chocolate and blueberry compote with lovely accents of graphite and cinnamon. Solid structure and fine-grained tannins support a lengthy, focused finish, leaving notes of plum and boysenberry underscored by cocoa and black truffle.

NEW ARRIVALS
Pahlmeyer 2020 Jayson Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley, California) $75.99
Effusive aromas of blackberry pie, cassis, and leather greet the nose, foretelling the full, expressive palate. Intense notes of blackberry and plum interweave with flecks of pink peppercorn and plowed earth, amplified by a lift of fresh acidity. Full-bodied with silky tannins seamlessly melded with the rich fruit, driving to a plush, juicy finish. Nicely concentrated, without being overblown.
Red Schooner By Caymus Voyage 11 (Mendoza, Argentina) $51.99
Grapes for this Malbec are grown in the Andes Mountains of Argentina, then chilled and transported by ocean voyage to Caymus, where we use our winemaking techniques to create a style that is dense, dark and supple. Falling outside standard labeling rules, Red Schooner does not include a vintage date but is known by the voyage from which it traveled (i.e. Voyage 11 is the 2021 vintage). Strikingly smooth, with scents and flavors of dark fruit and fine, textural tannins.
KU Brut Glow (Mendicino, California) $29.99
This California Sparkling wine offers delightful flavors. Its flavor highlights include ripe orange and crisp apples, followed by a finish with lively, refreshing acidity that balances the ripe fruit. It’s both decadent and clean.
Cheers and Happy Holidays!
